15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in the middle of the city. All of the hotel's staff are very professional.

Spent 2 nights in this hotel during our weekend in Toronto. We stayed in the quadruple room, it was great-sized. The staff was VERY PROFESSIONAL, accommodating with every request.

The location was marvellous, just a short stroll away from a multi-purpose stadium. We also went to city centre, located within a close distance from the hotel.

We liked this brand-new hotel. The double room had basic facilities you need, a mini fridge bar, a TV and a radio. It was in an amazing and marvellous location near a public alley. There was a huge variety of restaurants and great restaurants to choose from;)))

The staff are accommodating and courteous. The hotel is adjacent to many great dining options. Downtown Toronto district certainly deserves to be visited.

I stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. The rooms were nicely decorated and had everything I needed like a mini-bar, TV, and a radio. The staff was welcoming from the moment I arrived until I left. The location was fantastic, with a multi-purpose stadium nearby and the airport just 5 km away.

The lobby bar was a beautiful space to relax in the evenings, and our room was not only clean but also beautifully designed, with modern brutalist touches throughout. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the highlight for me was the washroom tub - such a joy to soak in, especially since I don't have one at home. The staff was super helpful and accommodating, and the location was perfect, close to streetcar stops and great restaurants. We also loved the minibar, which offered a selection of artisanal brands. a wonderful experience.

My stay at Ace Hotel was absolutely amazing. The spacious King room was beautifully decorated, and the mini-bar was well stocked. But the standout feature was definitely the bathtub. It was luxurious and made my stay extra special. The people at Ace Hotel, especially Jenevieve in the Lobby Lounge, were incredible. They were warm, genuine, and provided exceptional service, making me feel truly welcome. The food in the Lounge was delicious, and I was delighted to find options that suited my dietary needs. The overall experience was fantastic, and I can't wait to come back.

Even the Billy Bishop Toronto City airport was not so far, 20 minutes drive away. The staff members were courteous and amazing. King room was the best.

It was a luxurious treat! Another reason to choose Ace Hotel is the incredible staff, especially Jenevieve in the Lobby Lounge. She was warm, genuine, and so attentive, making our experience truly welcoming. The food in the Lounge was also delicious, from the morning coffee to the all-day menu. They even accommodated my dietary preferences by using non-cow dairy cheese, which was a small but thoughtful touch. We will definitely be coming back!

This hotel has a great, central location and friendly staff. Rooms are well decorated with a private and tranquil vibe. There is a good-sized minibar with artisanal brands. the hotel provides good quality robes and a makeup towel.

One minor issue that guests may experience is inconsistent water temperature in the shower.

Friendly staff and good sized rooms with nice decoration. The hotel is well located close to many tourist attractions and has a minibar with some artisanal brands.

The water in the shower was not hot enough and the pillows were really bad, too soft to offer any support. there was no mirror in the room, only in the shower, and no sink in the toilet, which was very inconvenient.
